Actlite uses third-party AI APIs (currently Gemini API by Google and DeepSeek API) to provide intelligent task breakdown and productivity assistance.

• The content you input in the app (e.g. task descriptions or voice commands) may be transmitted to these APIs for processing.
• These requests are made anonymously and only for the purpose of generating responses.
• We do not send any personal identifiers (like name, email, or device ID) with your content.

3. Tracking or Analytics

Actlite uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to help us understand app performance and improve user experience. We do not collect personally identifiable information or track your activity outside the app.

We do not operate our own backend servers. All app data remains locally on your device, unless you choose to export it manually.

5. Third-Party Services

While we strive to minimise external dependencies, the app does connect to external APIs (as listed above) strictly for functionality, and not for advertising or profiling.

6. Children’s Privacy

Actlite is not intended for children under the age of 4. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.
